Half-Life 2 Scores 96% In PC Gamer

A whole year after Half-Life 2 was originally scheduled for release, back before the endless delays and hacking incidents, the first complete review has finally popped up.
Coming courtesy of PC Gamer in the UK, early word of mouth tells of a 96% score, only losing marks for minor, irrelevant blips. Something worth noting, HL2's online features will be comprised solely of the revamped Counter Strike Source.
With review worthy code now circulating the magazines, surely an official release date can't be too far off. If you're as sick as I am of waiting for what could be the best video game ever created though, you can actually download the entire game via Steam right now, and unlock it via credit card the minute it goes gold.
